Create a VPNXV account
Start on VPNXV’s account creation page. No email address is required; set a username and password to complete registration. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later and the password to protect your account. Avoid easy-to-guess combinations, and do not store either item in public documents or shared chat histories.
After opening the page, enter your username and password in the relevant fields, check that both entries match, and submit the form. Once creation is confirmed, you will be signed in or prompted to return to the login page. First make sure you can open the user panel normally. It should contain links to the account overview, plans, client downloads, and orders. If these sections open correctly, the account step is complete.
If the page says the username is already taken, choose a memorable name that is not directly linked to another public identity. If you forget your password or encounter an unusual login state, do not create multiple accounts; visit the support page for account troubleshooting. After signing in, choose a plan that matches your expected usage.
Choose a plan and place your order
Sign in to the user panel and open the Plans section. VPNXV offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly options include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. For regular use, choose the tier that matches your typical monthly data needs.
Data packages suit users with irregular usage who prefer to budget around actual consumption. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used up and never expire. Consider your usage before choosing: text-based work and web browsing usually use less data, while high-resolution video, file downloads, or several connected devices consume it faster. If you are unsure, start with the tier that clearly fits your needs rather than choosing a higher one for usage you may not have.
After opening a plan, check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing type before proceeding to order confirmation. Use Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as listed on the checkout page. After payment, do not close the page immediately; wait for the order status to refresh. If it does not update promptly, return to the Orders section and check again to avoid repeating the same order.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but more active devices will consume the shared data allowance faster. Plans also include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for eligibility and the application process. Once the order is active, open the account overview to get your subscription details.
Get your subscription from the panel
Once your order is active, open the account overview in the user panel. It brings together your current service status, available data, and subscription access. A subscription is not an ordinary web address; it contains the information clients need to read route settings, so protect it like account credentials. Do not include the full content in public screenshots, public documents, or searchable pages.
Depending on the options shown in the panel, you can open a compatible client directly or copy the subscription link and import it manually. Use the copy button rather than selecting and editing the text. If the link is missing characters at the beginning, end, or in the middle, the client may report a format error. When this guide needs to show the link structure, use an obvious dummy value such as:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above is for format illustration only. It cannot connect to VPNXV and should not be pasted into a production client. For actual use, copy only the subscription content currently shown in the user panel. If your browser or system asks whether to open a client, first confirm that the target app is the client you just prepared to use, then continue the import.
If the subscription entry is temporarily missing from the account overview, return to Orders to confirm that the order is active, then refresh the panel. If it still does not appear, do not assemble a link yourself or copy configuration from someone else. Submit a ticket in the user panel with the order status and the name of the page where the issue occurred. Once the panel displays the subscription normally, continue with the import on the relevant platform.
Import your subscription on each platform
Interfaces vary across platforms, but the workflow is the same: get the compatible client from the user panel, find the subscription or configuration section, paste the link or accept the import started by the panel, and update the route list. Obtain both the client and subscription through the signed-in panel; this page does not provide static installers or display a real subscription address.
Windows
Use a desktop client on Windows. Sign in to the user panel, open the client downloads section, and follow the page instructions for the compatible client. After installing and opening it, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import” in the main interface or sidebar. If the panel can launch the client directly, continue from the panel. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and choose the client’s import-from-link option.
After importing, run an update and wait for route names to appear in the list before choosing a region. Then check that the client’s system proxy or connection switch is enabled. Rule mode is usually the simplest choice for everyday browsing; if a particular app does not connect as expected, see the troubleshooting guide for the difference between split routing and global mode. There is no need to change advanced settings during the initial setup.
macOS
macOS also uses a desktop client. Open the Downloads section in the user panel, choose the macOS option, and follow the system prompts to install it. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration access, which is required for the client to establish a connection. After approving it, add the subscription provided in the panel under the client’s subscription or configuration management section.
After the import succeeds, return to the Routes page and refresh the list. Select a route and enable the connection. If the client is running but websites still use the previous network exit, check its menu-bar status and whether the system proxy is enabled. Do not run multiple clients that perform the same network takeover function at once; their settings may override each other and make it difficult to identify which one is active.
Android
Use a compatible mobile client on Android. Sign in to the user panel in your browser, open the client downloads section, and view the Android option. Once the client is ready, return to the account overview to copy the subscription or use the import action provided by the panel. In the client, open the configuration or subscription page, choose Add from link, save the subscription, and update it.
When you start the connection for the first time, the system displays a network connection permission dialog. Confirm that the intended client is open, then allow the connection; a system-level connection indicator will usually appear in the status bar. If access stops after switching networks, disconnect and reconnect in the client, then check that the subscription is still listed. Mobile background management can affect persistent connections; search the support page for “mobile background disconnects” for related guidance.
iOS
On iOS, use the compatible client and import method listed in the user panel. Available options may depend on your current App Store region and installed apps, so read the iOS instructions in the panel first. Once the client is ready, copy the subscription from the account overview or use the import entry, then look in the client for Add subscription, Add configuration, or Import from link.
After saving the configuration, the system will ask you to allow a network configuration to be added. Confirm the app name and complete authorization, then return to the client, choose a route, and start the connection. When changing routes later, you normally do not need to add the subscription again; select a different region from the existing list. If the list remains outdated, confirm the plan status first, then update it in subscription management. Do not delete the account and create another one, and do not repeatedly add the same link.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing, choose a route from the client that matches the target service’s region. For general international browsing, start with a geographically nearby exit. If a website requires a specific region, choose the relevant country or area. Click Connect, wait until the client shows Connected, then open a browser to verify it.
Do not judge the connection only by the client button’s color. Open a website you normally use and confirm that pages, images, and sign-in flows work as expected, then try the international service you actually need. If ordinary websites work but a particular app does not, check the app’s routing rules, client mode, or regional requirements instead of buying another plan.
If no websites load, disconnect from the current route, switch to another route, and reconnect. Then confirm that the client’s system proxy or network configuration is enabled, and temporarily close other software performing the same network takeover function. Avoid changing several advanced options at once; otherwise, even if the issue clears, it will be difficult to know which setting made the difference.
If the connection works but performance is not ideal, compare routes in nearby regions and note whether the issue affects only a particular website or time of day. For help diagnosing DNS, split routing, background disconnects, or subscription updates, visit the support page for a symptom-based answer, or use the troubleshooting guide for a systematic check.
Everyday use after basic setup
Once the client can update the subscription, display routes, and connect successfully, the basic setup is complete. From then on, you usually only need to open the client, choose a route, and connect; there is no need to import the subscription again each time. When the subscription changes, run an update in the client. If your plan changes, first confirm its status in the user panel, then refresh the client list.
When switching devices, sign in to the same user panel on the new device and get the client and subscription for that platform. VPNXV supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but traffic from every device counts toward the same account, so check usage in the account overview regularly. Do not forward subscription content through public channels, or it may be impossible to identify which device generated the traffic.
When something goes wrong, note the platform, the client page currently open, the selected route, the error message, and the sequence of actions that led to the issue before submitting a ticket. Clear details are easier to diagnose than “it doesn’t work.” For deeper coverage of routing principles, split-routing rules, DNS issues, and background connections, continue to the troubleshooting guide; this tutorial stays focused on completing the first connection.
