VPNXV provides cross-border network acceleration across 100+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client access points are based on the information shown on the website and user panel at the relevant time. Routes are intended to improve cross-border access quality, but actual performance may be affected by the user's location network, access provider, target service status, device environment, and changes in international links.
The service provides network connectivity and does not mean that VPNXV has a partnership, agency relationship, or endorsement arrangement with websites, applications, or content providers accessed by users. The availability, account eligibility, content policies, and features of third-party services are determined by those parties. Users should read and follow their respective rules.
Account Registration and Credential Management
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users should provide information that allows the account to be consistently identified and managed, and should safeguard their username, password, subscription configuration, and access to the user panel. Actions completed with valid account credentials are generally treated as actions of the account holder. If credentials are exposed or an unusual connection is detected, the user should change the password promptly and stop distributing existing subscription configurations.
Each account is intended for management and use by its account holder. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Subscription links may not be publicly shared, and route access may not be packaged as another product or service and resold to third parties. The user is responsible for losses caused by voluntarily sharing credentials, publishing subscription information, or allowing untrusted persons to manage the account.
Subscription, Data, and Device Rules
An active subscription allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time, but this arrangement is intended for the account holder's reasonable management of their devices. It does not permit resale, public sharing, or providing connection access to unspecified persons. If the system detects that an account is being used for broad distribution, commercial resale, automated abuse, or purposes clearly beyond ordinary personal use, VPNXV may restrict continued use of the relevant subscription and ask the account holder to explain the situation.
Data included with a monthly subscription resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, data allowance, and applicable period before submitting an order. After payment, the plan status and remaining data shown in the user panel are authoritative. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods for this service.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using VPNXV, users must follow the laws and regulations where they are located as well as the usage policies of the services they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, or disruption of normal network operations. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, bulk transmission of harmful information, theft of account data, fraud, intellectual property infringement, or causing disruptive effects to networks, servers, or other users.
Users are responsible for access and operations initiated through their accounts. VPNXV may, based on valid legal requirements and risk-control needs and under these terms, restrict connections suspected of abuse, and retain and process records related to an incident within the necessary scope. This does not change the service's no-logs policy. Information required for account security, order status, and fault handling is managed as described in the privacy policy.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNXV maintains its routes, clients, and user panel, but does not provide a fixed guarantee of continuous access to every region, at every time, or to every third-party service. Network congestion, route adjustments, device configuration, upstream failures, third-party policy changes, maintenance, and uncontrollable public network events may cause speed fluctuations, connection interruptions, or temporary unavailability of certain features.
When a fault occurs, users should first check their local network and client configuration and try switching to an available route. VPNXV will address verifiable service issues within a reasonable scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNXV is not responsible beyond the scope required by law for losses directly caused by the user's device, third-party platforms, public networks, incorrect configuration, shared credentials, or uncontrollable events.
Restrictions, Termination, and Changes to These Terms
If an account is involved in unlawful use, malicious attacks, subscription resale, public sharing of access rights, interference with service operations, or continued violations of these terms, VPNXV may take measures appropriate to the circumstances, including issuing a warning, restricting connections, suspending the account, or terminating the service. Whether the user can be notified before action is taken depends on the urgency of the incident, system security needs, and applicable legal requirements.
VPNXV may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, operating rules, legal requirements, or risk-control methods. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Users should review this page regularly. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the revised content. If the user disagrees with a change, they should stop using the service and address any subscription that remains active.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy; a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days after the first payment.
