Data We Collect and Why
VPNXV does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, and an email address is not requested or collected during registration. The system processes the username selected by the user, account credentials, and account status to authenticate users, maintain subscription benefits, and prevent unauthorized account use. To calculate plan usage, the system also records traffic used and remaining traffic associated with the account. These usage figures do not include access destinations, webpage content, or application traffic.
After a subscription or traffic package transaction is completed, the service retains necessary order records, including the order ID, amount, payment channel, transaction status, and processing time. This information is used to confirm benefits, handle refund requests, review unusual orders, and meet necessary financial record obligations. Text, attachments, and contact information voluntarily submitted in a support ticket are used only to address the relevant issue.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
VPNXV does not record which websites users visit, retain webpage content, search content, DNS queries, or application communications, or create connection logs that could be used to trace personal browsing activity. While a route is being established, the system may process in memory the technical state needed to maintain the current session, such as whether the account has valid benefits, the selected route, and traffic measurement for that session. After the session ends, this state is not retained long term as a browsing log.
Account traffic totals are used to enforce plan limits and do not include specific access destinations. If a connection fails, support staff will troubleshoot using only the client messages, time of occurrence, platform, and route information voluntarily provided by the user. They will not ask for browsing content.
Site Analytics, Cookies and Local Storage
To understand whether pages load correctly and which explanatory content needs improvement, the website may collect basic access statistics, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, and access time. These statistics are used for site maintenance, troubleshooting, and content improvement. They are not used to build personal browsing profiles or combined with activity during cross-border connections.
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security status. Disabling this storage may prevent login status from being maintained or cause some features to stop working properly. Users can clear the relevant data through browser settings; after clearing it, they will need to log in again and select their preferences again.
Payment Processing and Information Boundaries
VPNXV supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service, and information submitted during payment is subject to that service's own privacy rules. The service receives the result information needed to complete orders and verify transactions, such as the payment channel, transaction status, amount, and order ID. It does not retain sensitive credentials used by the payment service to authenticate users.
Before proceeding to the payment interface, users should verify the order details shown on the page. A payment service may process transaction information to meet its own compliance requirements. VPNXV cannot control data it processes independently, but limits information obtained from payment results to what is needed for order fulfillment, refund handling, risk checks, and accounting records.
Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active to provide login, subscription, and support ticket functions. Order records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, process refunds, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Ticket content is deleted or de-identified as operationally appropriate after the issue and any necessary follow-up checks are complete. Data that no longer needs to be processed is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can request deletion of their account and deletable associated data through user panel tickets. Content that must be retained to meet transaction record obligations, handle unresolved disputes, or protect service security may not be deleted at the same time as the account. Any relevant limits will be explained while the request is processed. After account deletion, data no longer needed in association with the account will be deleted or de-identified.
This policy may be updated when service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted. If a change materially affects user rights or how data is used, the website will provide a prominent notice on the relevant page. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the service.
